Hi, I’m Monica.

I am a Holistic Personal Chef and Nutritionist. I graduated with honours from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition to become a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP). In the past, I have worked at several vegan and vegetarian restaurants and cafés, while meal prepping, hosting my own long-table dinners, and cooking for retreats. For the last three years I have dedicated myself to growing a company that helps people stay committed to their health goals by cooking delicious and nourishing meals customized to their specific needs.
