Come home to fresh-cooked nourishing meals that have been customized for you.  

 Your time is valuable and you don’t need to sacrifice your health goals or your time with loved ones anymore, because you have Raíz Holistic Nutrition’s meal prep support. We cater to all  kinds of diets including vegan, vegetarian, ketogenic, paleo, AIP (autoimmune protocol) , gaps, fodmaps and more in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.   

Due to COVID-19 we are temporarily offering our in-home services as a delivery service. We are cooking from our fully lisenced commercial kitchen and safely delivering our meals to our clients. Due to this, there is a $50.00 dollar remote cooking fee added to each service per week as well as a  delivery fee per each delivery that you get, which is based on your location. 

Our meal plans include:  

Weekly menu planning according to your dietary needs, organic groceries, freshly cooked meals deliveresd to your door once or twice per week, depending on location.   

See our base plans below which are 5 lunches and 5 dinners x number of family members. If you are looking for just dinners for your family, or some other meal plan configuaration, you can find other meal plan options below.

15 meals – $420 per week – Feeds 1-3 people
(ie. 5 Breakfasts, 5 lunches, 5 dinners for 1. // 7 lunches and 8 dinners for 2. // 5 dinners for 3.)

16 meals – $445 per week – Feeds 2-4 people
(ie.  4 dinners for 4. // 4 lunches and 4 dinners for 2 people)

25 meals – $700 – Feeds 2-5 people
(ie. 5 diners for 5 people. // 3 lunches for 3 and 4 dinners for 4. // 5 breakfasts for 1 and 5 lunches and 5 dinners for 2)
