At Raiz Holistic Nutrition we are incredibly passionate about cooking and feeding people with the highest quality ingredients, from whole food sources, that come from the earth.

We not only have meal prepping services, but we also cook for private dinners and can be hired to cook at your retreat. Whether it be company team building retreat, health and wellness retreat or simply a friend’s weekend away we can create a menu that suits your needs.

We accommodate all diets and are always happy to make modifications if there are any dietary restrictions.

We were recently invited to cook for a company retreat at The Big White House on Galiano Island for a company retreat.

Here is some of the beautiful food we prepared for the team:

Salad rolls as an appetizer for lunch. Followed by Thai green chicken curry and crunchy Thai salad with garlic sesame dressing.

Cheese and charcuterie board with cheeses from Granville Island and bread from The Pie Shoppe as an appetizer.

Pasta made in-house served with white wine sauce, scallops and salmon and fresh basil.

Lemon panna cotta

Fruit platter for breakfast

Yam and potato hash browns served with poached eggs, avocado and maple bacon.

Walnut banana bread as an afternoon snack.

Tortilla soup with sour cream, grass-fed cheese, tortilla chips, avocado and cilantro.

Taco spread – Shrimp al pastor tacos, sautéed red peppers, mushrooms and sweet onions for veggie tacos, guacamole, jicama slaw salad, chipotle aioli, baja crema, pineapple and toppings.

Veggie platter with hummus, baba ganoush and tzatziki dips.

Middle eastern dinner spread: roasted cauliflower, almond and apricot cous cous, roasted lamb leg, hummus, baba ganoush, tzatziki, and arugula, fig, pecorino and walnut salad.
